Scott Shelbourne joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in the Office Services Group in June 2011. He was promoted to Senior Director in 2014. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 working as a financial analyst. He specializes in the analytical aspects of commercial office real estate with a focus on Chicago. During his 11 year career, Scott has been a part of nearly 600 transactions, completed in 31 states and totaling over 6 million square feet of space.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, where he graduated Cum Laude and was accepted into the academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. Scott is the President of American Cancer Society’s Associate Board of Ambassadors. In addition, he tutors at the Chicago Lights Tutoring Program and is a mentor for LINK Unlimited.
